Skills and Competencies
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis or HR analytics with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, functions and macros
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential data and cope with ambiguity
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Graduate in mathematics, statistics or computer science preferred
Responsibilities
- Support Moody’s People Reporting & Analytics function by producing accurate HR data insights, reports and analysis to inform business decision‑making.
- Produce recurring reports on human resources metrics to help line and HR management assess the effectiveness of people‑related practices
- Provide monthly people‑metrics reporting to ensure stakeholders understand trends and key drivers
- Maintain accuracy across all data elements spanning the employee lifecycle
- Assist with external reporting requirements including finance, compliance, business lines and regulatory submissions
- Participate in special reporting projects including demographic, statistical and financial analysis
- Write specifications for modifications to existing people‑reporting functionality
- Collaborate with information technology teams to resolve issues, support upgrades, patches, testing and technical initiatives
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
