Job Details
Visa Commercial Solutions is seeking a motivated and curious Analyst to support the growth of Visa Commercial Solutions B2B Marketing in North America. This role is ideal for someone excited to learn how high‑performing marketing teams operate and eager to build hands‑on experience in commercial payments, data analysis, and B2B marketing strategy.
As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to help execute marketing initiatives, support campaign efforts to drive demand, and contribute to projects that strengthen Visa’s position in the commercial payments ecosystem. You’ll have the opportunity to develop foundational analytical, operational, and communication skills while learning how Visa delivers innovative marketing programs for business clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of regional marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, demand, and new customer acquisition across the SMB segment and broader B2B segments.
- Support campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment with Marketing Operations
- Contribute to account‑based marketing (ABM) activities by maintaining engagement insights, preparing materials, and supporting priority‑account outreach.
- Help coordinate regional events and activations that support lead generation, ensuring logistics, materials, and branding are delivered on time and aligned with Visa guidelines.
- Assist in the development and management of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and effective deployment across channels.
- Track, organize, and analyze campaign and event performance metrics, providing insights to marketing leadership to optimize future demand‑generation efforts.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to integrate campaign data into reporting systems and dashboards for real‑time visibility and performance tracking.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate approvals and manage campaign deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation and workflows to support execution efficiency and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience.
- Highly curious, proactive, and excited to learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and collaborative workflows.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 93,200.00 to 144,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
