As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a key role in driving sales initiatives and building trusted relationships with customers. You will proactively identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and engage new customers for cloud and software solutions.
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, managing the sales pipeline with accuracy.
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
- Attend regular team meetings to share updates and best practices.
- Contribute to team success by sharing and implementing ideas based on standard processes.
