Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units—Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) and HVDC Light® are highly efficient alternatives for transmitting bulk power and for special purpose applications. The classic HVDC technology is used to transmit electric power over long distances by overhead transmission lines or submarine cables. It is also used to interconnect separate power systems, where traditional alternating current (AC) connections cannot be used. HVDC Light® is an underground and submarine cable power transmission technology developed by Hitachi Energy that offers additional benefits compared to HVDC Classic.
Mission Statement:
The technical marketing engineer for Mission Critical telecommunication Solutions (MCS) has the global responsibility to enable the Pre-Sales & Sales community of the different regional HUBs to understand technical market requirements for wired telecommunication networks and ensure customer interaction in line with global solution/product strategy. Support sales organizations in driving sales by your technical expertise. Provide relevant customer & market inputs to product management and R&D activities, ensuring market alignment and relevance.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for database Management/SQL.
HMI with Intouch application development.
Gateway Server with MicroScada knowledge.
IT-Infrastructure with knowledge on routers, firewalls, Switches, Servers and workstations.
Exposure to Cyber Security.
Backup/ Image handling on servers and workstations and patch management.
Exposure in AC Control & Protection schemes.

Your Background:
A bachelor’s degree in E&I, I&C, or Mechatronics.
You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Networking, security, Anti-Virus.
You should have knowledge in communication protocols, HMI/SCADA.
Basic knowledge on IEEE / IEC standards.
Knowledge & Experience MS Office: Word, Excel.
Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
