We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Digital Learning Designer to work across multiple Firmwide business units and functions to help create and implement learning & engagement solutions.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Digital Learning Designer position at an Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you’ll do in the role: #LI-FT1 #BPTECH
- Partner with Fleet and Squads within Fimwide Data Office (subject matter experts) to develop learning programs and collateral for data governance, data cataloguing, process mining, data ethics and other data-related programs
- Partner with the Technology Talent Development Operations team to deliver, track and monitor learning programs
- Be responsible for the Data Academy platform; including creating the design and edits to key pages and artefacts which communicate ideas, manage updates including creating mark-down files
- Monitor attendance and ensure target audience is in compliance with Firm standards related to training requirements
- Provide advice, guidance and support for Content Creators to help them produce interesting, educational and captivating content for digital distribution.
- Connect Firmwide Data Office, as required, with expertise and learning tooling within the Firm to promote good practice
- Partner with vendors, where appropriate, to develop and delivery learning programs
- Develop and implement communication collateral associated with learning and engagement activities e.g. monthly newsletter
- Maintain and update content on internal learning platforms e.g. website build with Docusaurus (stored on GitHub), Jive, Articulate Storyline
Interact with stakeholders (e.g., Divisional Data Office representatives, 2nd and 3rd line of defense, etc.) as relates to learning and engagement requirements - Educate senior management stakeholders on agenda and objectives
- Work in a team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts, and coordinate with many stakeholders across the Firm
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 3 years Instructional / learning design experience and expertise
- At least 1 year HTML Experience to format internal communication sites (websites and/or Jive pages)
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Passion for learning and development
- Tech savvy mindset and the ability to closely collaborate with e.g. developers in defining technical requirements for tools, or understanding and implementing new functionalities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to manage and deliver on competing priorities
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating in highly collaborative environment
- Ability to handle confidential material
- Knowledge of learning programs focused on data and/or technology related skills, particularly with regards to data governance and data quality
- Understanding of technology and operational risk management principles and practices, particularly with regards to data protection
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Understanding of learning management systems, e.g., Cornerstone on Demand, Degreed
- Understanding or experience with Collibra or like system or IBM Open Pages
- Experience of Finance, Banking, Insurance or similar businesses
