The (Senior) Data Scientist joins the People Analytics & Data Science team on a fixed-term maternity cover, focusing on delivering Data Science, AI and Automations based on people data. The role is project-based rather than product-focused and is responsible for translating complex business questions into analytical models, AI-driven insights and scalable automations.
Start date May 2026 – December 2027
Job Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Data Science projects across People / HR domains, from problem framing through modeling, insight generation and automation.
Design, build and maintain Data Science models using Python and Snowflake as the primary analytical platform.
Develop AI-enabled solutions and Automations to scale recurring analytics, reporting and operational workflows.
Own end-to-end analytical delivery, ensuring high data quality, reliability and reproducibility.
Ensure responsible, ethical and compliant use of sensitive people data.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong experience working with Snowflake/SQL/Python/Tableau.
Experience delivering Data Science, AI and Automation solutions in a business analytics context.
Ability to work independently and manage analytical projects end to end.
Experience working with sensitive or confidential data sets.
