Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

• Design and document future-state, enterprise-scale modern data architecture using advanced cloud architecture principles.
• Build and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and monitoring) to support enterprise transformation.
• Implement solutions in Palantir Foundry to curate datasets, operationalize data workflows, and enable secure, governed data access.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics products (e.g., dashboards, decision-support tooling, and analytical datasets) aligned to mission outcomes.
• Apply statistical programming and analytical methods to enterprise data to generate insights and measure impact.
• Leverage modern DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and release management) to deliver reliable, scalable data products.
• Mentor and support junior team members through pairing, code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing to build team capability and delivery quality.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• 5+ years of data science and/or data manipulation and analysis.
• 3+ years experience working with Palantir Foundry.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry
• 5+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900
