Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience driving large-scale enterprise process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of digital and technology transformation strategies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
  • Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid, and Miro
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking
  • Ability to synthesize customer and user views into actionable requirements for process flows or digital applications
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex themes and present recommendations to leadership

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities
Brief synopsis: Drive enterprise-wide process improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enable scalability and efficiency

  • Analyze and improve global Ratings & Research processes to enhance workflow experience
  • Apply Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies and redesign workflows
  • Implement AI-powered solutions to address business challenges
  • Drive integration of digital tools and AI agents to automate complex processes
  • Partner on initiatives with technology, control functions, and operational teams
  • Develop risk controls and ensure compliance with risk appetite
  • Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tools
  • Partner with leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement using Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking

 

About the Team
Our Ratings Platform Development team is responsible for designing and adopting new processes and data workflows that enable digital transformation and scalability across Moody’s globally. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in process innovation and digital enablement, leveraging AI-powered tools and process methodologies to transform workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $134,400.00-$194,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
