    Position Overview 

     
    As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. Skilled in value-based selling and C-Suite engagement, you will manage key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, deliver business outcomes, and ensure customer success. This is a field-based role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for UK & Ireland. 

    Autodesk customers are tackling some of today’s biggest challenges — from climate change and supply chain disruption to labour shortages and digital transformation. You will support them in navigating these shifts, helping them adapt, stay competitive, and thrive in an increasingly complex world. 

    By unlocking the power of Autodesk’s Design and Make Platform — connecting cloud, AI, data, and automation — you will enable customers to create the world around us and deliver better outcomes for their business and the planet. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share

    • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into long-term customer success

    • Build strong executive relationships with key stakeholders

    • Orchestrate teams of experts to inspire and support customers

    • Collaborate across functions to accelerate results

    • Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving measurable value

    Minumum Qualifications 

    • English Native language proficiency

    • 5+ years of quota-carrying, field-based sales of complex solutions

    • Skilled in value-based and consultative selling (TAS, outcome-focused)

    • Proven track record in growing complex accounts

    • Comfortable operating at C-Suite level

    • Team-oriented, collaborative, and trusted to deliver impact

    • Proactive focus on accountability, execution, and outcomes
