As a Channel Account Manager (Software & Cloud), you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding SoftwareOne’s presence in the market. You will identify new partnership opportunities, support partners in achieving their business goals, and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the channel.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to enhance channel performance.
  • Provide training and education to partners on SoftwareOne’s product portfolio and sales techniques.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners.
  • Communicate effectively with partners regarding product updates, services, and processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel management.
