Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Proven excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Project management experience
- Proven excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Experience hosting small professional events
- Experience with AV equipment, setting up basic configurations and troubleshooting
- Experience hosting events including set up, take down, clean up and insuring that refreshments are presented nicely and replenished often
- This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
