We are expanding teams across the organization. We are looking for a motivated, quick-thinking, detail-oriented Porting Specialist to join our EMEA team in London. This candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly assisting inside support teams and direct end-users.


About the Team


Based in London and supporting the EMEA, The Zoom Phone Porting team operates globally. The role involves helping Zoom customers transfer their existing business phone numbers to the Zoom service.


Responsibilities

  • Managing Project Ports from customers, CSM team, and account executives submitted to the Number Porting team.

  • Working closely with Zoom Phone global underlying carriers to transfer numbers

  • Managing number porting fall out for all of Zoom Phone global customers.

  • Monitoring port requests and proactively create a successful porting experience.

  • Working cross functionally with internal teams to assist in any post port fall out issues to resolution.

  • Training new Zoom Phone porting specialist as the team grows globally

  • Assisting in training internal teams to set customer expectations
