Work You'll Do
  • Lead the functional design, delivery, and implementation of two concurrent Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring projects meet organizational goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into user stories, driving effective Agile delivery.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, etc.) with other enterprise systems.
  • Guide story mapping, backlog creation, and Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices and technical requirements.
  • Apply technical expertise in Salesforce automation, security, and reporting to support robust solution design and resolve issues.
  • Foster user adoption through documentation, training, change management, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Lead the functional design, delivery, and implementation of two concurrent Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring projects meet organizational goals and milestones
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into user stories, driving effective Agile delivery
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, etc.) with other enterprise systems
  • Guide story mapping, backlog creation, and Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices and technical requirements
  • Apply technical expertise in Salesforce automation, security, and reporting to support robust solution design and resolve issues
  • Foster user adoption through documentation, training, change management, and continuous process improvement
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20 - 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
  • Experience designing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud dashboards and reports to support advanced business analytics and executive decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead Salesforce integration projects with ERP, marketing, or legacy systems, ensuring seamless data migration and cross-platform process alignment

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
