    Position Overview

    Drive the end-to-end loop that turns field feedback into prioritized product changes and measurable ROI. Monitor product roadmaps and dependencies, facilitate the Sales-Product communication loop, and ensure communication of decisions and status to the field and customers. 

    Team & Structure: Within Sales Strategy & Excellence (executes on strategic initiatives & coordinates cross-functional efforts); owner of the cross-functional interlock across Sales and Product. 

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor product roadmaps and dependencies; maintain a consolidated view of timelines, risks, and customer impact for sales leadership

    • Collect structured intake from the field; synthesize feedback by severity, prevalence, revenue impact, and feasibility 

    • Lead a bi-weekly cross-functional Product Council to triage and prioritize items, document decisions, owners, and delivery dates

    • Ensure closing the loop with the field and customers - drive communication status, provide guidance for active clients

    • Identify and escalate product risks and dependency conflicts

    • Publish CRO and sales leadership team ready readouts highlighting top issues, decisions taken/proposed, status, and ROI achieved or forecast 

    • Coordinate with industry strategy leads to deliver training and target customer profiles for the field 

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred

    • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, sales operations, or business operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role

    • Proven experience in monitoring product launch roadmaps and dependencies, collecting field product feedback, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across functions

    • Strong focus on customer and sales satisfaction with the ability to understand and address their needs and challenges

    • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities in a dynamic environment

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Strong understanding of product management processes, including product launch roadmaps, field feedback collection, and ROI assessment

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Product Councils, ensuring alignment between Sales, Product, and Customer Success

    • Excellent project management skills with experience in developing efficient processes to collect real-time field feedback and track ROI

    • Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize feedback, assess ROI, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and improvements

    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to align product solutions with overarching business goals and sales priorities

    Leadership and Management:

    • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams

    • Strong decision-making skills with experience in resource allocation and project prioritization to maximize strategic outcomes

    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with other departments, including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various functions and levels within the organization

    • Effective collaboration skills with experience facilitating cross-functional Product Councils and ensuring alignment on product feedback and strategy

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Proficiency in product management tools, CRM systems, and project management tools

    • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools to track and report on product feedback, ROI, and other relevant metrics

    • Experience in developing and managing product solution roadmaps based on field feedback and strategic priorities

    Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define requirements, gather feedback, and develop effective product solutions strategies

    • Proven track record in synthesizing feedback, assessing ROI, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings

    • Experience in closing the feedback loop, ensuring changes are communicated back to customers and ROI is tracked

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $164,000 and $265,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
