This role is part of a high performing team of SAP and Finance transformation specialists who provide world-class support for enterprise finance systems and business processes. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP FICO capabilities, working as part of a larger cross-functional team, continuously improving our global enterprise landscape. You will play a key role in finance process optimization, system enhancements, issue resolution, business process design, and integration across SAP and connected platforms. This role will support a portfolio of finance applications and processes built on technologies such as SAP ECC / S/4HANA, APIs, reporting tools, and enterprise integrations.

About the role:

· Support day-to-day operations, enhancement, and optimization of SAP FI/CO processes across the organization.

· Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), and Internal Orders.

· Partner with finance, accounting, sales, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business and reporting requirements.

· Responsible for service lifecycle support for SAP FICO processes with a focus on operational stability, process improvement, reliability, and data accuracy.

· Support and improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring accurate financial postings, billing flows, receivables accounting, and downstream reporting impacts.

· Lead and support process mapping workshops for financial close, vendor payment cycles, customer billing, receivables, and asset accounting processes, translating business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

· Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

· Partner with internal stakeholders on SAP transformation initiatives, continuous improvement opportunities, and migration-related activities including SAP S/4HANA programs.

· Drive best practices in financial controls, account assignment validation, reconciliations, and governance to improve compliance and reporting integrity.

· Support SAP reporting and analysis using standard transactions and financial reports such as GL, vendor, and customer line-item reporting.

About you:

· 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO, finance systems, or ERP finance process consulting.

· Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support.

· Strong knowledge of core SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

· Experience supporting and improving Order-to-Cash processes, with a strong understanding of how sales and billing transactions impact finance.

· Experience working with REST APIs, interfaces, and enterprise integrations involving SAP finance data.

· Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

· Strong understanding of finance operations including month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, cost allocations, and process controls.

· Ability to gather business requirements, conduct process mapping sessions, and translate requirements into functional design and SAP solutions.

· Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production support.

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, business, and IT teams.

· Experience with SAP standard reporting and financial data analysis.

· Exposure to finance transformation, process optimization, and reporting automation initiatives is preferred.

· Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, or SQL is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
