The Business & Field Excellence Learning Specialist is a key contributor to the Brand Teams and In-Field Teams. This role supports the Brand Excellence capability for the affiliate, facilitating capacitation and learning opportunities to strengthen the individuals and the teams. Identify In-Field Team training needs and provide learning and development resources to field representatives to ensure strengthening of key skills and knowledge necessary to have successful interactions with their customers. Represents the affiliate with Global Customer Excellence Learning and Brand Excellence capabilities workstream.
Responsibilities
- Lead the affiliate Brand Excellence and In-Field Team Excellence capabilities learning strategy.
- Understand the affiliate strategic priorities and connect with the different functional leadership to put forward a comprehensive learning plan that comprise the Therapeutic Areas and capabilities/skills needed by the teams to continue the transformation to fit the future environment.
- Work with Affiliate Leadership to ensure needs and priorities are aligned and ensuring the delivery of proper high-quality training.
- Be the representative of the affiliate within Global Learning to ensure strategic priorities alignment and execution, including being the Champion for Brand Plan and Tactical plan process.
- Work with US Field Training operations to ensure the alignment and timely participation of IFT members in required trainings.
- Work aligned with Launch teams to secure a comprehensive Launch Excellence process and Therapeutic Area training/implementation plan that maximizes value/impact in-market.
- Measure and evaluate Brand team and IFT learning initiatives.
- Lead the Customer Intimacy & Innovation workstream in the affiliate.
- Craft initiatives to support the continued evolution of High Performing Brand Teams.
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Science, Business, or health related areas, Master’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience on Marketing/Training/Learning Management
- Strategic Processes or Marketing Excellence experience desirable
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to influence others
- Proven Project Management skills and Problem Solving capabilities
- Computer literate, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
- Must be able to prioritize activities to maximize impact to business performance
- Adaptable to shifting demands with the ability to persevere
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively interact with Senior and Mid-level Management within the affiliate and headquarters
