The FP&A Analyst – TAAP DSIG supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Tax & Accounting Professionals (TAAP) segment, with a focus on DSIG initiatives. This role delivers financial analysis and insights that enable informed decision‑making, support business performance, and ensure forecast integrity in a dynamic, global environment.

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation of assumptions and drivers.
  • Perform financial analysis and variance commentary to explain performance versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities and translate them into financial insights.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive‑ready materials to support leadership reviews and decision‑making.
  • Support governance and control processes by validating data, performing reconciliations, and ensuring alignment across financial systems and teams.
  • Contribute to scenario analysis and modeling to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and tools through standardization, automation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with global and cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and high‑quality finance outputs.
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
About you

You are an analytical and detail‑oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating insights clearly. You are comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and partnering with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and convert it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with financial planning or reporting systems; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with interest in process optimization and automation.
