Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a regional VAS sales portfolio across Southern Cone countries, developing long-term relationships with senior client teams.
- Design and execute regional account plans and commercial plans aligned with local, regional (LAC), and global Visa priorities.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, new payment flows, and value-added solutions.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including incentives, contractual agreements, pricing, and renewals.
- Drive adoption of new Visa solutions and products (digital payments, value-added services, data & analytics, B2B solutions, among others).
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure effective end-to-end execution.
- Monitor and manage the commercial pipeline, forecast, and KPIs, ensuring achievement of Southern Cone objectives.
- Represent Visa with clients, partners, and at industry events across the region.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local and regional context, including market trends, competition, regulation, and country-specific dynamics.
Regional Scope and Complexity:
- Coverage of multiple markets with varying levels of maturity, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
- Ongoing coordination with local, regional (LAC), and global teams.
- Interaction with multiple players across the payments ecosystem, including banks, acquirers, fintechs, and technology partners.
- Role with high autonomy, strategic impact, and regional visibility.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Requirements and Experience:
3 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within financial. services, payments, fintech, or technology.
Solid knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Latin America (prior experience in the Southern Cone is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
Ability to lead complex negotiations and manage executive-level relationships.
Strong analytical mindset and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
Experience working in matrixed, multicultural, and regional environments.
Advanced English (required for regional and global interaction).
Willingness to travel within the Southern Cone.
