The Senior Manager, Data Products is responsible for owning the roadmap for data products, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions that improve business performance, client outcomes, and operational scale.

This role translates business strategy and stakeholder needs into prioritized product requirements and scalable data solutions that improve data access, accuracy, and decision-making in high-volume digital payments and risk environments.
This is an individual contributor role. You will partner across business, product, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and execute against a roadmap that supports strategic initiatives and long-term platform scalability. You will help shape how data products are prioritized, communicated, and operationalized to deliver measurable value for internal stakeholders and clients.
A key focus of this role is advancing automated data solutions through AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation capabilities. You will support portfolio planning, roadmap communication, and adoption of new capabilities that improve workflow efficiency, increase scalability, and enable faster, more informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership experience, domain knowledge in payments or risk, and the ability to independently lead initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience in data products, product ownership, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
- Experience owning a roadmap for data products, reporting capabilities, or analytical solutions
- Experience translating business needs into requirements, prioritization, KPIs, and scalable data solutions
- Experience improving data access, accuracy, and scalability through data product and automation solutions
- Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation to improve workflows and decision-making
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a workstream or product initiative
- Experience in payments, risk, identity, fraud, or other high-volume transaction environments; PCI DSS knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience supporting portfolio planning, roadmap communication, customer enablement, or go-to-market readiness
- Experience with requirements gathering, data profiling, solution implementation, troubleshooting, and sensitive data handling
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, or similar technologies
- Customer-centric and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 152,200.00 to 243,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
