Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

• Define accounting treatment for FMS, FMF, Loans, SDAF, IMET, collections, refunds, and interagency transactions.
• Ensure proper budgetary/proprietary pairing in accordance with USSGL guidance.
• Conduct scenario-based validation testing and document formal accounting determinations supporting system configuration decisions.
• SFIS element configuration and derivation to ensure DoD compliance.
• Validate USSGL account selection and proper budgetary/proprietary attribute population.
• Ensure accurate trading partner, federal/non-federal, and reimbursable classifications.
• Support and validate subledger-to-GL mappings and posting configurations
• Ensure posting logic supports accurate GTAS, CARS/FBWT, SBR, SNC, and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Perform financial statement impact assessments prior to deployment of new posting logic.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret Security clearance required
• 8+ years experience in government accounting
• 3+ years experience working in Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
