Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process Corporate Action & Proxy positions, managing communications, notifications, and postings.
• Develop and implement client-specific service solutions, upholding rigorous quality control.
• Execute transactions efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Minimize firm risk by strictly adhering to procedural, audit, and control policies; actively participate in compliance.
• Proactively identify and design process improvements to reduce manual effort; collaborate with peers and product teams on solutions.
• Actively participate in system testing and stay current with product and system enhancements.
• Provide essential support and backup coverage to team members during high-volume periods.
• Assess and manage business risks, exercising sound ethical judgment and escalating control issues to safeguard the firm.

Required skills:

• 3 years of relevant experience in corporate actions.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate actions, securities processing, and hedge fund industry standards.
• Proven ability to work independently, analyze data, and resolve complex issues with attention to detail.
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex or sensitive information.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical application of data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and adherence to control policies.
