Position Overview
The Executive Engagement Content Manager owns and elevates content across Autodesk’s Global Executive Engagement programs. This role partners closely with Sales, executive speakers, and cross‑functional teams to craft compelling narratives, develop content plans, and ensure high‑quality storytelling aligned to Autodesk’s brand, business priorities, and customer needs, while extending the life of these content assets and sharing insights from executive engagements to inform broader business strategy and decision-making.

In this role, you’ll bring our values to life by shaping high‑impact executive experiences that deepen customer relationships and support Autodesk’s strategic vision.
Responsibilities
Own content strategy and execution for key executive programs, ensuring alignment with Autodesk’s brand, business goals, and audience expectations
Partner with Sales and executive speakers to create compelling, insight‑driven customer narratives and annual content plans for the full suite of Global Executive Engagement program
Lead communications and speaker enablement across the customer journey, ensuring cohesive, high‑impact content delivery
Drive content strategy across the broader Executive Engagement portfolio, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strategic relevance across all touchpoints
Translate customer and program insights into actionable inputs for go‑to‑market, product, and business planning
Surface cross‑program themes, assets, and best practices to strengthen Autodesk’s narrative and deepen customer engagement
Demonstrate One ORBIT values—optimism, bravery, ingenuity, relentless execution, and trust‑building—in all interactions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in content strategy, executive communications, or strategic program management
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into compelling executive‑level narratives
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, or Go‑to‑Market teams to build aligned, strategic content
Exceptional storytelling, editorial, and presentation development skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
Demonstrated alignment with One ORBIT values—optimism, ingenuity, bold thinking, relentless execution, and trust‑building
