What You Will Do- Drive sales performance and provide case support to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolio.
- Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prospect and develop new accounts to grow Stryker’s customer base.
- Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity.
- Gather and consolidate customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support or marketing experience in medical device industry
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
