DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Florence, KY

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensure Data Integrity

You'll maintain accurate and complete workforce data in HR systems, which is critical for compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Support Talent Acquisition

By coordinating recruiting activities, managing applicant tracking, and facilitating onboarding, you’ll help bring top talent into the organization efficiently.

Enhance Employee Experience

Through timely responses to HR inquiries and smooth execution of HR processes, you’ll contribute to a positive and supportive employee environment.

Drive Process Efficiency

Your coordination of HR business processes will help meet deadlines and quality standards, improving overall operational effectiveness.

Strengthen Compliance and Audit Readiness

By assisting with internal audits and ensuring policy adherence, you’ll help safeguard the organization against legal and regulatory risks.

Facilitate Performance and Compensation Processes

Supporting performance management and compensation activities ensures fair and consistent employee development and reward practices.

Support Global Mobility and Legal Requirements

Assisting with relocation, immigration, and employment contracts helps ensure legal compliance and smooth transitions for employees.

Collaborate Across Teams

Partnering with shared services and corporate HR will allow you to align local HR practices with broader organizational goals and standards.

HR & Data Expertise

Apply your knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration , HR Consulting , and HR Data Management to ensure compliance, support strategic decisions, and deliver accurate, meaningful insights.

Data Analytics & Inclusion

Use data to uncover trends and drive decisions, while also valuing diverse perspectives to create inclusive HR practices that reflect the needs of a varied workforce.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be the first HR point of contact for employees and answer standard HR related questions
  • Work with HR team to plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Support compliance programs
  • Talent Acquisition support by tracking all open positions including the college school to work program
  • Coordinating all new hire activities including onboarding and orientation
  • Draft and distribute all HR internal employee communications at the site
  • Responsible for all HR reporting for HR and business use
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs
