Responsibilities

• Drive data quality and operational efficiency by developing automated solutions and managing data within Salesforce and SQL environments
• Develop and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to analyze data, perform data scrubs, and validate data integrity across our systems
• Design and implement automated solutions to streamline recurring data operations, such as data comparison and golden record identification
• Manage and improve the quality of core data entities (accounts, contacts, leads) through enrichment, de-duplication, and remediation activities
• Collaborate with development and downstream teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the Salesforce application
• Create and maintain knowledgebase articles on data architecture and processes, and provide operational backup support for the team

Skills and Competencies

• Required: 5+ years of relevant experience with a deep proficiency in SQL, including analytical functions, and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Alteryx
• Required: Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, data modeling, data governance, and data integrity principles
• Required: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Required: Ability to work in rotational shifts to support US customers
• Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and scripting/automation with Python is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
