Your Mission:

As Strategic Commercial Pipeline Lead Oncology at our Wiesbaden location, you will take on a key role in the German Oncology Business Unit team. You will actively shape the strategic direction of the oncology pipeline and make a significant contribution to the preparation and success of future therapies.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strongly position German needs and perspectives in international pipeline strategy development
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking localized pre-launch and launch strategies  as well as pre-launch activities
  • Analyze market and revenue potentials, create well-founded business cases
  • Conduct needs analyses and build insight based market understanding from a commercial and cross-functional perspective
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams to optimally position our pipeline in the market
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including international colleagues, patient groups, and key opinion leaders
  • Present results and recommendations to management at national and international level

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial competencies and broad commercial acumen
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Experience and enthusiasm for leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify market needs and develop volume assumptions and business cases
  • Qualification according to § 75a of the German Medicines Act (scientific degree or certified pharmaceutical representative)
  • Ideally experience in oncology or the willingness to energetically immerse yourself in this field—your mindset and motivation are crucial
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Motivation and potential for the next career steps in an international, dynamic environment
