- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in community management, social media or open source contributions.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management, business, customer engineering or consulting.
- Ability to engage and facilitate technical presentations at events or external partner meetings.
- Ability to engage with a diverse set of disciplines (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Engineer, UX, Program Manager) spanning all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will be the interface between Google and our developer community, managing scale programs, working with product and engineering to bring AI techniques to developers. This is a fast moving and impact space.
- Create, execute and maintain feedback programs, early access programs and developer relations roadmaps, across multiple AI products.
- Create programs to facilitate advisory board meetings, and open design meetings with partners and developers, including Google Developer Expert and influencers. Collect this feedback and create reports and presentations with findings.
- Facilitate product previews to trusted partners.
- Revamp the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) program adjusting it to current AI landscape and business goals.
- Own and facility community programs, partner outreach, events and engagement initiatives in LATAM.
