    Job Description

    We are presently recruiting for a temporary full-time Regional Clinic Trainer for the CoolSculpting division, covering the territories of Quebec, Montreal, and the Maritimes. Candidates must be bilingual (EN/FR) and can be located in Montreal or Toronto. 

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Achieving sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory.  Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Company’s consumables.
    • Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques.
    • Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer.
    • Educating and supporting the customer with marketing strategies including but not limited to website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation and external marketing strategies.
    • Support regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory for CoolSculpting.
    • Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
    • Completing administrative responsibilities including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, up-to-date territory account profiles and customer database. Manage day-to-day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner i.e. Salesforce.com updates and data entry.
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
    • Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
    • Participating in industry-related trade shows/meetings
    • Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
    • Maintain consistent communication with both the National Practice Manager & National Sales Manger on all matters critical to the territory and region, including accurate forecasting – sales and samples.
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
    • Preparing sales contracts, quotes, price, terms per company guidelines and practice integration and staff training.
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
    • Reactive follow up on all new system inquiries for CoolSculpting capital equipment.
    • Activity supporting the promotion and sale of all capital equipment & consumables within the CoolSculpting division.  This includes all new innovation for CoolSculpting Elite & body contouring.  

     


    Qualifications

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

    PRIOR EXPERIENCE

    Must Have:

    • Basic knowledge: 2-4 years in a Medical Training role is favorable.
    • Plus:
    • Classroom training experience on procedure training, consultation, business-to business (B2B) and selling skills are desired.

    CAPABILITIES / SKILLS

    Must Have:

    • Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities. 
    • Ability to create and deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects, with measurable results. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    BEHAVIORS

    Must Have:

    • High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment. 

    LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

    • French proficiency is required in Québec.

    • Must Have:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally. 

    OTHER REQUIREMENT

    • Ability to travel up to 70%. Evenings, overnight, weekends, domestic travel is required.
