• Design and develop custom runbooks to automate repetitive tasks and complex processes.
• Integrate Orchestrator with other tools in the Microsoft ecosystem such as System Center Service Manager, Operations Manager, among others.
• Monitor and maintain the health of automated workflows, ensuring their proper execution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and development teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes made to workflows.
• Conduct testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements to existing runbooks.
• Participate in IT process improvement and migration projects.
