Digital Customer

Work you'll do
- Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system.
- Participate in an Agile environment; daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements.
- Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; Orlando, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
Qualifications Required
- 4+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce project development experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce customization and configuration experience
- 2+ years experience in 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design Systems.
- 2+ years experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components.
- 2+ years experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
- Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE.
- Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Expectation to commute to office up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Certifications in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Admin/App Builder, Certified Platform Developer II.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Project Experience in dealing with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud.
- Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.
