Team/Role Overview:

Citi Learning drives business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. Within Leadership Development, Program Managers play a pivotal role in the end-to-end ownership of leadership development initiatives, from concept and development through to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. This individual will manage a portfolio of programs, events and/or solutions that build leadership capability across critical leader levels of the enterprise.

As a strategic professional, the Program Manager will actively follow leadership developments trends and best practices, integrating fresh ideas and external perspectives to enhance program relevance and innovation. This role will work closely with key business stakeholders, Learning and HR partners, and other functional teams to develop and deploy learning solutions that drive business performance and foster a culture of continuous growth.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop and deploy high-impact leadership development programs, experiences, and resources.
  • Ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic business priorities and address identified leadership capability gaps
  • Oversee and manage program content, ensuring it continually aligns to Citi’s leadership principles, policies and branding
  • Manage the end-to-end project management and execution of leadership development programs, including managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Plan and execute leadership development events, from large-scale forums to targeted workshops, in various modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning).
  • Where required deploy large scale enterprise solutions through strong stakeholder consultation, speaker management, and oversight of event management, logistics and budget
  • Create and/or implement change management and socialization strategies.
  • Review and refine workflows to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Support faculty to observe, certify, and prepare them for content delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program communications, responding to inquiries and providing resources to managers and participants.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including identifying and selecting external partners and overseeing the quality of their work to ensure successful delivery. This may also involve driving Requests for Proposals (RFPs), if needed.
  • Gather and analyze data to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and measure impact.
  • Create and present clear, actionable reports that highlight program outcomes, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Apply feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve program design, execution, and overall quality.

What we'll need from you:

  • Experience: 6-10 years in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
  •  Program Leadership: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional projects from concept to execution in a large, matrixed organization.
  •  Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building relationships, influencing across levels, and navigating a matrixed environment.
  •  Communication Strength: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and facilitate meaningful dialogue.
  •  Execution Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay on track, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
  •  Design Thinking: Ability to shape engaging, relevant learning experiences that meet the needs of varied audiences.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Technical Fluency: Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, learning platforms, project management tools, and AI tools.
  • Bachelor's level degree and relevant professional qualifications preferred.
