As a Equities Quant PM / BA, you will be working with Equities Quants across Derivatives, Cash and Prime Finance teams on the project plans for the delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives. You will be
responsible for tracking and monitoring progress and communicating this to both Quant leads and internal clients such as Trading, Risk Management and Technology. You will also be expected to work with
Technology and Model Risk Management to put together a framework to efficiently track, measure and report progress across multiple workstreams. Effective communication and ability to build strong
partnerships are required in order to drive common goals and influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through
complex deliverables. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Front Office Quant team to devise plans, track completion and ensure timely delivery of
strategic projects to internal clients
• Collaborate with Front Office Platform and Technology teams to implement tools, workflows and metrics
to track progress of strategic projects
• Communicate plans and status updates of strategic projects to Quant Management Team and internal
clients such as Technology, Trading, Model Risk and Markets Management
• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk,
Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
• Build a culture of excellence across governance, controls and communications
• Build understanding of model development policies and procedures and establish governance to ensure
these are followed
• Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets
and Securities Services; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same
• Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate
timeframe
Qualifications:
• Experience of project management in a comparable Quantitative or Technology setting in Financial
Services
• Experience of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. (desirable)
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Equities Products and development workflows (desirable)
• Ability to analyse large dataset such as Python, SQL, etc. (desirable)
Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
