Visa’s Internal Creative Studio is seeking a visionary leader to manage major campaign development and oversee flagship creative programs across Core Brand and Marketing Services. This role serves as the senior business owner for assigned initiatives—translating strategy into clear creative direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered with excellence, speed, and rigor. This role reports to the Managing Director of our Creative Studio at Visa. 

You’ll partner closely with Marketing Services, Brand Marketing, Internal creative team, Sponsorships, PR, Social, Experiential, Media, Legal, and Finance—leading internal and external partners from brief to launch. You’ll also help evolve a modern in-house model by raising creative standards, strengthening end-to-end processes, and introducing new ways of working, including AI-enabled efficiency. 

What you’ll do 

Campaign & program leadership 

  • Own end-to-end creative initiatives across Core Brand and Marketing Services—from intake and brief through concepting, production, rollout, and optimization. 
  • Translate business goals into actionable creative strategy, clear briefs, and integrated campaign plans across channels (film, digital, social, experiential, partnerships, performance). 
  • Serve as DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) for assigned programs - define scope, RACI, milestones, KPIs, governance, and decision paths, drive tight alignment and fast execution. 
  • Lead creative reviews and approvals—ensuring work is on strategy, on brand, and meets Visa’s creative bar. 

Marketing Services & client value creation 

  • Partner with Marketing Services leadership to shape annual business plans and identify high-impact opportunities for creative-led added value. 
  • Build creative collaboration opportunities that connect Visa Brand and key clients—delivering bespoke solutions powered by Visa’s network, platforms, and storytelling. 
  • Lead innovative creative programs that address client needs and drive measurable business outcomes. 

Cross-functional orchestration 

  • Align stakeholders across different functions, leading and orchestrating big ideas and fully integrated creative programs.  
  • Lead internal teams (Creative, Design, Strategy, Project Management, Operations) and manage external partners to deliver with clarity and accountability. 
  • Act as a connector across disciplines and senior leadership—driving decisions, resolving tradeoffs, and protecting the work. 
  • Partner with Creative leadership to elevate the quality of the work and bring each idea’s creative vision to life. 

Operational & financial ownership 

  • Own budgets and forecasting, ensure delivery on brief, on time, and within budget while maintaining creative quality and compliance. 
  • Lead AOP planning inputs, RFPs, scopes of work, and vendor/agency management for assigned programs. 

Creative leadership & modern studio building 

  • Raise the bar on creative development through stronger processes, toolkits, and ways of working—building a more agile, modern, AI-enabled studio. 
  • Lead with a “high craft + high standards” mindset—able to roll up your sleeves when needed while inspiring teams through clear direction and strong taste. 
  • Mentor and develop talent, build a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creative excellence. 

Qualifications
  • 15+ years in Account/ Business Management within a top agency and/or in-house studio.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, integrated campaigns (film + digital + social + experiential + Performance) with measurable business impact.
  • Strong command and experience in client service and co-marketing.
  • Deep experience managing creative teams, production partners, workflows, timelines, and cross-functional complexity in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions.
  • Culture-forward creative instincts with a track record of delivering standout storytelling and craft.
  • Experience building/improving team capabilities, process, and operational models (including AI-enabled workflows).

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 178,300.00 to 285,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
