• Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendar, document sharing, and virtual meeting platforms) to support efficient day-to-day coordination
• Experience supporting travel planning and expense processes, including booking travel, preparing expense reports, and reconciling receipts in accordance with company policies
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive schedules, and executive communications
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, in accordance with company travel policies
• Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports; track receipts and resolve discrepancies in compliance with corporate expense guidelines
• Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative coordination, communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Anticipate scheduling, travel, and coordination needs and proactively identify solutions to improve efficiency and reduce friction for leaders and teams
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment, particularly related to executive schedules and communications
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed to assist the broader team and leadership
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $56,300.00-$81,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
