The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Work you'll do
- Provide end-user assistance to the user-community for a range of functional issues
- Be responsible for the intake, investigation, escalation, and resolution of user inquires
- Interact with customers on a daily basis
- Collaborate in a team environment to identify solutions to common system issues

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 2 years of Functional Support
- 2 of Support Escalation experience
Preferred:
- Experience in the following any of the following areas:
- Disbursements
- Annual close
- Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC)
- G-invoicing
- SQL
- Accounts Receivable
- Batch imports and exports
- General Ledger
- Momentum Reference Configuration (Transaction Definitions, Flex postings, etc.)
- Accounts Payable
- Budget execution
- Purchasing
