What you will do:  

• You will be responsible for the entire Events coordination.
• To be involved with a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the current requirements for the events planning service.
• Manage the monthly budget for organized events and justify monthly expenses.
• Adhering to Country Regulations.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Adhere to the Business Units and Compliance Events strategy.
• Ensuring all KPI’s are monitored effectively and completed regularly.
• Assist in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to our customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with other Functions while driving leverage opportunities across the areas.
• Ensures all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and Quality policies are implemented and applied in any undertaking of events planning.
• Deal directly with Commercial Leaders / Product Managers in relation to Event Reviews on a regular basis.
• Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
• Work with all virtual event platforms required by the business.

What you need:

• Higher education: Marketing, Management, PR.
• Fluent in English.
• Min. 3 years of experience at the same position. 
• Good Excel working knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
• Ability to work out of standard working hours to meet the event requirements. 
• Interpersonal communication skills.
