The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with process leadership, systems fluency, and a continuous improvement mindset – including leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale.

    Responsibilities

    Forecast & Planning

    • Actively support annual planning and long-range planning cycles in partnership with Corporate Finance

    Reporting & Insights

    • Develop, maintain, and utilize scalable reporting frameworks and executive-ready dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI and Sigma)

    • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to Sales and Finance leadership recurring deliverables, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications

    Systems & Data Process Leadership

    • Partner cross-functionally with technical teams (Data Engineering, Business Architecture), functional teams (Revenue Accounting, Commissions) and other stakeholders to streamline data flows and improve forecasting inputs

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for the financial data used in forecasting and reporting tools, troubleshooting data issues and implementing process improvements that enhance forecast scalability, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity

    • Leverage Snowflake to harmonize financial data across systems, while elevating data literacy among Emerging Tech FBPs and Sales leaders

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Build strong relationships across global Emerging Tech FBPs, Sales, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and operational teams

    • Support quarter-end close and other time-sensitive deliverables as needed.

    • Act as a fiduciary steward of the business, ensuring objectivity, integrity, and sound financial judgment

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

    • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, supporting forecasting and reporting for SaaS sales organizations
