About the Role
In this opportunity as an Associate Legal Editor (Asia Legislation), you will:
- Support the maintenance and development of Singapore and Hong Kong legislative content
- Build on your AI capabilities, maintaining active, day‑to‑day use of AI tools to help drive measurable, value‑based outcomes
- Adhere to editorial publishing schedules and quality standards as required for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and develop legal knowledge and skills training as needed to complete your work and to stay current on legal trends and developments
- Demonstrate competence on company-specific systems, including customized editorial systems, necessary to perform your job functions
About You
You're a fit for the role of Associate Legal Editor (Asia Legislation) if you have the following required qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated aptitude for legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning, with attention to detail and precision.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills, with the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies in complex legal texts.
- Ability to interpret and organize complex regulatory and legislative information clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency with personal computers, word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word), and online research platforms.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to urgent content updates or shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
