We are looking for a talented Line Human Resources Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources onsite in Whitakers, NC.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- Significant relevant work experience required.

Supporting the implementation of the new HR Operating model by:
-
Consistently educating employees and managers on how to seek support in the new HR Operating Model

Look for opportunities to drive consistency in HR policies, processes and procedures within the sub-region

Seek and provide feedback on and within the new HR Operating model in an effort to pursue continuous improvement
Additional Information:
- The individual will need to be on-site at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant (RMEP) multiple days per week.
