You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, applied science, and customer-facing teams to ensure meaningful customer impact. If you are excited to shape the future of finding truth at the intersection of AI, user experience, and scale, this opportunity is for you.

    • Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems and solution approaches for aiR Assist.

    • Translate user needs and constraints into a clear product vision and actionable requirements.

    • Use ongoing user and competitive research to inform roadmap decisions and product direction.

    Product Leadership for Agentic AI

    • Own the product strategy and execution for aiR Assist.

    • Define clear outcomes and success metrics for agentic search experiences.

    • Use data, customer feedback, and learning loops to continuously refine product direction.

    • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, applied science, and go-to-market teams.

    Technical Fluency and Collaboration

    • Partner closely with engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, usability, and performance.

    • Develop strong working knowledge of search infrastructure, retrieval pipelines, and AI/ML components.

    • Engage in technical discussions to anticipate risks, dependencies, and customer impact.

    • Contribute to designing safe and trustworthy AI-assisted workflows.

    Answer Quality and Trust

    • Own answer quality for aiR Assist as a primary product outcome.

    • Define and evolve quality metrics across retrieval, reasoning, and end-to-end agent behavior.

    • Partner with applied science to design and operate evaluation frameworks for answer quality.

    • Use telemetry, user feedback, and qualitative reviews to drive targeted quality improvements.

    • Establish clear quality thresholds for experiments, launches, and rollouts.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, owning complex, user-facing SaaS products from discovery through launch and iteration.

    • Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products in production, ideally involving LLMs, search, or decision-support systems.

    • Proven ability to define product outcomes, success metrics, and drive teams toward measurable impact in ambiguous problem spaces.

    • Experience partnering closely with applied scientists, data scientists, or ML engineers.

    • Strong data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics, telemetry, and experimentation to inform decisions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working on search, retrieval, or AI assistant products where answer quality and trust were critical success factors.

    • Familiarity with evaluation approaches for AI systems, such as relevance judgments, rubric-based reviews, or human-in-the-loop evaluation.

    • Understanding of common LLM and search failure modes and experience designing product or UX mitigations.

    • Experience operating AI-driven features in production through experiments, staged rollouts, or quality gates.
