  • Contribute to operating model transformation efforts, including role clarity, handoffs, and standardization across Finance.
  • Assist with development of transformation artifacts such as playbooks, SLAs, roadmaps, and operating principles.

Project & Program Management:

  • Manage defined workstreams or project components within larger transformation programs.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks against established timelines.
  • Support development of KPIs, dashboards, and progress reporting for leadership forums.
  • Prepare materials for steering committees, leadership reviews, and working sessions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across Finance and partner functions.
  • Support change management activities, including communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.
  • Develop clear, compelling presentations and written materials tailored to a range of audiences, including Finance leadership.
  • Serve as a point of coordination for assigned initiatives and workstreams.

Implementation Support:

  • Support translation of strategy into execution through structured plans, deliverables, and governance.
  • Assist with business case development, benefits tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Enable leaders with timely, accurate insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Exposure to Visa’s most strategic Finance transformation initiatives
  • Opportunity to partner directly with Finance and Corporate leaders
  • Experience across strategy, process redesign, technology enablement, and change management
  • Ability to shape the future operating model of a global Finance organization
  • Growth opportunities within a high‑visibility team driving enterprise‑wide impact
