The Quality Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
- Independently leads quality control reviews, applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies.
- Typically deals with variable quality issues with potentially broader business impact.
- Applies professional judgment when interpreting quality review data.
- Develops non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports.
- Works with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues.
- Provides guidance to lower level analysts.
- Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the goals of the sub function / job family.
- Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in area of consumer banking, customer service or data management or control function
- 2-5 years relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

2 años de experiencia en Control Interno, contabilidad, mejora de procesos, atención a auditorias.
2 años de experiencia en actividades de Contabilidad (elaboración y seguimiento a Cuentas de Alto Riesgo/Conocimiento en Normativa Contable), Política de MCA, elaboración de líneas de PRCT, elaboración, revisión y actualización a SLMDs e Instrucciones de Trabajo.
Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión y ajustar las prioridades rápidamente según lo determinen las circunstancias.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos de entrega o cambios imprevistos en las expectativas o los requisitos.
Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
- Conocimientos
Conocimiento intermedio en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Conocimiento en sistemas: Full Suite, Frontier, Ondemand, S028
Conocimiento Comprobable en seguimiento de cuentas de alto riesgo, elaboración, revisión y actualización de documentos (SLMDs e ITs.)

Profesional con sólida experiencia en el ciclo contable, especializado en la elaboración y seguimiento de documentación, habilidades analíticas para la identificación de riesgos y el cumplimiento de normas y políticas vigentes.

Diseñar, actualizar, mejorar controles de los diferentes procesos de la Dirección de BBS
Gestión Documental de SLMDS e ITs
Elaboración y seguimiento de CARs

- Excelentes habilidades para trabajo en equipo y supervisión de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios
- Habilidades para transmitir conocimientos específicos de forma práctica y estructurada

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para la creación y presentación de documentos de trabajo y entregables.
