We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

  • Proven ability to gather and synthesize feedback from multiple sources (clients, sales, support, engineering) into clear product requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable components
  • Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning using tools like JIRA
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or cyber risk industry
  • Familiarity with cyber risk quantification, modelling, or related analytics
  • Background in customer-facing roles such as client services, solutions consulting, or technical account management
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities

We are seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to drive the development and commercial success of Moody's cyber risk application suite. Cyber risk is one of the most exciting and dynamic segments of the insurance market, and Moody's is at the forefront—offering industry-leading cyber risk quantification solutions that bring together powerful models, intuitive software applications, and seamless workflow integrations.

In this role, you will own the product lifecycle for cyber software applications—not the underlying models—focusing on user experience, workflows, and how clients interact with and consume cyber risk insights. From identifying market opportunities through successful delivery and adoption, you will shape how underwriters, risk managers, and portfolio analysts engage with Moody's cyber solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert on the cyber applications and its target market, engaging with clients, prospects, partners, and industry analysts to communicate Moody's vision, roadmap, and competitive differentiation.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for Moody's cyber risk applications
  • Identify product gaps and market opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Translate client feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Model Development, Software Engineering, UX/Design, and QA teams to execute the product roadmap
  • Work daily with engineering teams (DevOps, backend, frontend, QA) to drive delivery
  • Collaborate with design to innovate on user experience and conduct user research
  • Remove obstacles to help scrum teams maintain velocity and deliver quality releases
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients and champion the voice of the customer internally
  • Engage with executives, users, prospects, partners, and industry analysts to communicate product vision and differentiation
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Marketing to enable go-to-market efforts and support the sales cycle
Execution & Delivery
  • Drive product requirements and define acceptance criteria
  • Manage backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning
  • Participate in validation, QA, change management, and documentation as needed
  • Gather and analyse usage data and feedback to continuously inform the roadmap
Thought Leadership
  • Represent Moody's RMS as a domain and product expert at conferences, events, and client engagements
  • Advocate for product management best practices and process improvements within the team
About the Team
