    Job Overview

Relativity is an AI company that builds software that helps organizations make sense of vast amounts of data, uncover the truth, and act decisively. More than 13,000 customers worldwide rely on our Legal Data Intelligence platform to navigate litigation, investigations, and compliance matters with speed and confidence.

As we enter the next generation of our product ecosystem, Generative AI plays a central role in transforming how legal and compliance teams organize data, discover insights, and take defensible action faster than ever before. Our AIpowered capabilities are designed specifically for highstakes legal workflows - where accuracy, clarity, security, and trust are essential. By applying GenAI to the unique challenges of legal data, we enable customers to reach meaningful outcomes with dramatically reduced friction while maintaining the rigor and defensibility the industry demands.

We are looking for a Product Manager who brings strong product thinking, customer empathy, and a passion for solving complex workflow and data management challenges. You will drive both discovery and delivery work to achieve clear product outcomes, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders across the business.

In this role, you will focus on workspace lifecycle management - shaping how customers archive, restore, and manage projects at scale. You will work directly with customers to validate problems and test solutions, ensuring we deliver impactful experiences that reduce friction and accelerate time to value. You’ll contribute to intuitive user experiences, influence longterm strategy, and balance the needs of customers, internal teams, and the broader platform, while helping evolve how AI supports lifecycle tasks and legal data intelligence use cases.

    • Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and discovery activities to understand needs and constraints.

    • Provide recommendations grounded in customer empathy, data, and a strong understanding of platform capabilities.

    Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

    • Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, shaping priorities based on customer insights, business goals, and platform strategy.

    • Partner with Product Leads to define product vision, objectives, and success measures.

    • Break large initiatives into iterative releases and translate validated designs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Prioritize work based on impact, value, and technical considerations.

    Discovery, Design & Validation

    • Ensure that solutions meaningfully solve customer and business problems, validating through research, prototypes, and usability testing.

    • Perform user research and usability testing to refine interaction flows and improve product quality.

    • Develop internal and external go-to-market content that clearly explains value, workflows, and expected outcomes.

    Execution, Deliverables & Quality

    • Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical requirements are well understood and that teams are set up for success.

    • Test new capabilities to ensure quality ahead of release and help manage defect prioritization.

    • Analyze product data, identify insights, and track key metrics to measure product performance.
