艾尔建美学-地区经理（公立）
- 设立区域工作计划和目标，带领团队完成区域销售指标。
- 为代表制定目标和分配指标。
- 辅导、管理和帮助下属分析业务,做好计划。
- 主导下属的招聘和培训。
- 评估下属的工作表现，帮助制定个性化的发展计划。
- 管理和分配销售资源。
- 筛选、发展和保留区域内目标医院。
- 高质量执行报告系统，确保区域内市场信息的及时反馈。
- 组织安排推广活动和销售活动。
- 及时支持代表解决销售问题，计划和执行与代表的协同拜访，辅导和发展员工。
- 与内外部客户建立良好关系，发展和保留KOL。
- 上级主管安排的其他任务
- 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动
任职条件：
- 本科及以上学历，医药/医疗器材相关专业优先
- 2年以上外资制药公司销售管理经验。
- 良好的专业知识和销售技巧，具备业务计划和分析能力。
- 具备领导力和影响力。
- 沟通能力强，善于谈判。
- 对医药市场有较好的理解和把握。
- 能够承受压力。
