    As the Advanced Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and communicating Calder7’s internal and external security initiatives and awareness campaigns, interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

    Job Description and Requirements

    What are the core duties of this role? 

    • Serve as a key storyteller and communicator for internal and external security initiatives, helping shape how the organization understands Calder7’s mission and priorities 

    • Create security awareness and communication campaigns to drive employee change 

    • Engage and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Security, Product, Comms, Legal, Success, Engineering) to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging. 

    • Support execution of proactive security‑related communications, ensuring teammates are informed about emerging threats, best practices, and program changes 

    • Streamlining and optimizing our communications pipeline, approach and processes with both customers and internal teams    

    Minimum qualifications:  

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or public relations; familiarity with cybersecurity themes and topics a plus  

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role driving campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders and making decisions  

    • Experience in crisis communications and crisis management  

    • Strong writing background  

    • Hybrid-working role (2+ days in office)  

     

    Preferred qualifications: 

    • Experience working at a SaaS environment operating on a global scale. 

    • Experience in the legal space and with a high understanding of e-discovery and litigation.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    172 000 and 258 000PLN

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
