This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery and plays a critical role in the Off-Catalog delivery model, supporting end-to-end software sales and procurement while enabling sellers to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

How a day-to-day would look like in this role:

• Support the Off-Catalog delivery model and the end-to-end Software Sales process within Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery.

• Provide operational support to sellers to improve efficiency and ensure a strong customer experience.

• Manage customer communications and case handling, including quotes and distributor-related topics.

• Own end-to-end software procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Collaborate closely with sales, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
