Job Details

Are you ready to lead large-scale change that transforms how sales and pursuit teams operate? This role sits at the center of the firm's Sales Velocity and Project Frontier strategy-driving alignment, adoption, and sustained behavior change across how GPS teams plan, pursue, and close work.

Recruiting for this role ends on April 1st, 2026.

Work You'll Do

As the Sales Velocity Transformation Activation Manager, you will lead end-to-end activation for sales and pursuit transformation efforts-connecting strategy to execution and ensuring new ways of working are consistently adopted across GPS. You will partner closely with Sales Excellence, Product, AI, Technology, and Innovation teams to translate transformation initiatives into clear expectations, aligned behaviors, and measurable outcomes. This role focuses on driving alignment, adoption, and reinforcement so Velocity Moves are understood, operationalized, and sustained by sellers, leaders, and pursuit teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Activation Strategy & Integrated Plan: Lead activation efforts aligned to the firm's strategy and priorities, ensuring sales and pursuit operating model initiatives reinforce speed, value, and outcome-driven selling behaviors.
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM): Design and execute OCM activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, and reinforcement mechanisms to drive adoption at scale.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Consensus: Align Sales Excellence with business stakeholders (sectors, offerings, solutions) as well as technology, innovation, and enabling teams on the sales and pursuit operating model, and establish a repeatable cadence to coordinate decisions, messaging, and rollout sequencing.
  • Communications & Enablement: Create repeatable communications and enablement assets (playbooks, talk tracks, training, office hours) so sellers understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to adopt.
  • Readiness & Rollout Management: Coordinate rollout planning and readiness activities (pilot-to-scale, sequencing, cutover communications) to accelerate time-to-value and minimize disruption.
  • Metrics, Incentives & Reinforcement: Define success measures and adoption metrics; instrument feedback loops and partner with leaders to reinforce desired behaviors through performance signals and incentives.
  • Adoption Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track usage/adoption signals and qualitative feedback, identify friction points, and drive iterative improvements to prevent shelfware and sustain outcomes.
  • Consistency Across Initiatives: Ensure sellers receive coherent guidance across overlapping efforts, reducing duplication and conflicting direction.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, organizational change, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end OCM and adoption for large, complex transformation initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience aligning diverse stakeholder groups around shared objectives, operating models, and ways of working.
  • 5+ years of experience defining adoption metrics, success measures, and reinforcement mechanisms tied to business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering communications, training, and readiness programs at scale.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred
  • Experience supporting sales, pursuit, or go-to-market transformations in professional services or similarly complex organizations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment with shared ownership across teams.
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, with experience translating strategy into actionable messaging and enablement.
  • Familiarity with seller journey, CRM, or pursuit lifecycle concepts, including pipeline management, proposal development, and deal execution.
  • Experience activating technology-enabled transformations (e.g., digital workflows, AI-enabled tools, agents).
  • Background in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) or formal OCM certification.
  • Experience working with executive sponsors and senior leadership teams to drive adoption and accountability.
