Team/Role Overview:

The Human Resources Partnership & Delivery (HRP&D) Business Execution Lead is a pivotal individual contributor role responsible for providing comprehensive analytical support and strategic insights to the HRP&D organisation. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and the continuous evolution of HRP&D functions by delivering robust reporting, insightful metrics, and advanced analytical solutions. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to optimise HRP&D strategy, data integrity, and performance management.


What you’ll do:

  • Strategic HRP&D Support: Collaborate proactively with assigned HRP&D groups to support the ongoing evolution of their strategies. This includes providing analytical contributions to data quality reviews, comprehensive reporting, metric development, and aiding in resource planning and budget management processes.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Lead the definition, data collection, rigorous review, and enhanced tracking of HRP&D Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design and maintain monthly reports of key operational metrics for presentation to the HRP&D Senior Leadership Team, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance.

  • Feedback & Enhancement Initiatives: Develop, implement, and analyze satisfaction surveys to gather critical feedback. Act as a primary liaison to central HR teams, contributing to the compilation of key performance measures across HR, and actively support ongoing enhancements to existing HR model and framework.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated high attention to detail, complemented by a strategic understanding of broader organizational goals and objectives. Ability to translate detailed analysis into high-level insights.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of seniority, fostering collaboration and achieving consensus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional expertise in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualisation).

  • Project Management: Solid understanding and application of project management methodologies with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while effectively managing risks and changes.

  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures

  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master's degree preferred
