Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
- Streamlining policies, practices, and processes, while transforming the finance organization to be more effective in managing finances;
- Aligning finance strategy and people strategies with business strategies;
- Supporting Workday Finance Record to Report module function as applicable;
- Illustrating Business processes related to Workday;
- Configuring the Workday Finance Record to Report module including associated business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security;
- Operating specialist domain knowledge for Workday Finance Record to Report to the business and Level 2 Support Groups; and Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2;
- Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- Supporting Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday Releases;
- Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
- Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
- Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
- Providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
